Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If your products are damaged, please reach out to shipping@rondasfinefoods.com and kindly include a picture of the jar/box with your inquiry. We will respond ASAP to ensure you receive a replacement.

It is our goal to ensure your experience with us is positive. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to steve@rondasfinefoods.com within seven days of receipt so that we can address any issues or concerns.

We accept returns of unopened and fully sealed items within seven business days of receipt, standard shipping rates apply.

Please allow 14 business days to receive and process your return. We will notify you via email when we have processed the return and issued a refund to the credit card on file. Expect to see a credit to your billing statement within 30 days depending on your card billing cycle.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that are processed or have been fulfilled. 

We ship our products to you via USPS, FedEx or UPS, Monday-Friday. After we receive your order, an Order Confirmation Email will be sent. All items will be carefully packaged by hand to prevent breakage. Once we ship your package, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Please note, once the package leaves our warehouse, we cannot control external circumstances such as the weather and postal service center delays.

MY PRODUCT HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED.
